A special meeting between President Anura Kumara Dissanayake and representatives of the International Monetary Fund commenced for the second day today (October 4) at the President's Office.
The discussion focused on the progress of the digital agricultural transformation program for smallholder farmers and the school feeding program to tackle the malnutrition crisis in Sri Lanka.
